Allergy Information
Last updated: April 2026
Your safety matters to us. This page provides important information about allergens, dietary considerations, and how to order safely at Firebird. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of our team before ordering.
1. The 14 Major Allergens
UK food law requires us to provide information about the 14 major allergens used as ingredients: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts.
Detailed allergen information for every menu item is available in each store and on request via the ordering platform.
2. Cross-Contact
All Firebird kitchens handle the 14 major allergens. Whilst we take precautions to minimise cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from a specific allergen.
Guests with severe allergies should consider this carefully before ordering.
3. Halal Certification
All chicken served at Firebird is 100% Halal-certified. Certification documentation is available on request.
4. Dietary Information
Vegetarian and vegan options are clearly marked on the menu where available.
Calorie information is displayed for all menu items in line with UK regulations.
5. Ordering Safely
Please inform a member of our team of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order.
When ordering online, you will be asked to confirm you have reviewed the allergen information before checkout.
If you experience any adverse reaction after eating at Firebird, please seek medical attention immediately and contact us so we can investigate.
