Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Firebird website, ordering platform, and related services. By accessing or using any part of the Firebird platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Firebird is a brand owned and operated by IM Holding Group Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom under Company Number 17073599.
Each Firebird restaurant is operated by an independent legal entity under licence. Orders placed through this website are prepared and fulfilled by the relevant store, which will be clearly identified at checkout.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Firebird website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.
We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the website without notice at our sole discretion.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the fulfilling store. Prices shown on the website are in GBP and include applicable VAT.
Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. The contract of sale is between you and the independent Firebird store that fulfils your order.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the fresh, made-to-order nature of our food, cancellations can only be accepted before preparation has begun. Please contact the fulfilling store as soon as possible.
Refunds for quality issues are handled by the fulfilling store in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Firebird name, logo, brand assets, photography, and website content are the property of IM Holding Group Limited and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this material without our prior written consent.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price you paid for your order.
We are not responsible for any third-party delivery partner's conduct, delays, or service failures.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
